MONTHLY CLASSES AT PINEAPPLE LIFE STUDIO

IN SNOWQUALMIE, WA

Myofascial release techniques can be a very helpful addition to a yoga practice to help with range of motion, injuries, scar tissue, tension, muscle recovery or muscle function. In this class students will be guided through specific techniques using blocks and balls to apply gentle pressure to help release the connective tissue called Fascia to help alleviate pain and improve overall mobility. 

This is an hour class using different myofascial release techniques for the feet, legs, hips, shoulders and neck.
