Be grounded. When the element of Earth is in balance, feel supported in your ability to let go of worry and anxiety. These emotions can keep you in your head, so take your attention to your body. Put your hands on your stomach, digest, and let go. Get low to the ground, touch your feet. Use the mantra: I am enough.
